Like Retained Search, Executive search requires an upfront investment on your part. And like Retained Search, the final portion of our commission is due when we place someone with your company. However, since we anticipate that an Executive Search will take longer to complete, we require a larger total commission per placement.

With Executive Search, it’s like having another member on your team. Add our recruiter to your slack, include them in planning discussions, etc. We want to be as effective as possible for you.
When you sign up for Rad Hires Executive Search, you are embarking with us on a shared commitment to excellence. We know how important the upfront dollar investment is to you and we want to ensure that you get a return on your investment.
Your upfront investment will be a percentage of our estimated commission for placing someone in a given role. Our commission is a negotiated percentage of the first year’s salary for someone we place in a given role.
When we place someone in a role, we collect payment for the remaining part of our commission. At this point, we are done recruiting for that role. If you have other open roles, we can then discuss executive search for those other roles.
If you have multiple roles open, we can consider a couple of options. We can determine a retained search fee for a single recruiter or, if you have many open roles, we can work with you to determine a executive search fee to bring on multiple recruiters at once.
We conservatively estimate 1-3 months for the executive search process. It will depend on the complexity of the role, the support we receive from your internal team, and the size of the available candidate pool.
